Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication with customers, maintaining a high standard of professionalism, and working closely with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and enhancing Customer Satisfaction.
  • Skills in managing Customer Experience and delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
