Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality customer experience across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented, ensuring every interaction reflects the VegNonVeg brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries across email, chat, and social media platforms
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, effective solutions
  • Handle refunds, returns, and order-related concerns with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication aligned with the brand tone
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, etc.) to resolve issues efficiently
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through empathetic and proactive support
  • Ensure every customer interaction results in a positive experience
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong customer service, customer satisfaction, and customer experience skills
  • Prior experience in customer support or handling customer interactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Familiarity with retail or e-commerce operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in customer service are a bonus)
