Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist / Lead Specialist / Lead Qualifier
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Role Summary:
The Lead Specialist will be responsible for handling and qualifying inbound enquiries generated through various marketing channels. The role involves client interaction, lead profiling, coordination with the sales team, and ensuring smooth conversion of enquiries into meetings.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
● Manage and respond to enquiries generated through marketing portals and campaigns.
● Make outbound calls to prospective clients to verify details and understand their requirements.
● Accurately capture client requirements and profile them in the CRM system.
● Schedule meetings (virtual or physical) between clients and relevant sales representatives.
● Ensure timely follow-ups on missed or unanswered calls.
● Maintain complete and updated records of all client interactions in the CRM.
● Qualify enquiries and assign them to the appropriate sales personnel based on client needs and past history (if any).
● Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure meetings are successfully conducted
● Track and follow up on assigned leads to support conversion efforts.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of Mumbai geography, locations, and mapping (mandatory).
2. Ability to understand client location preferences and align them with suitable areas.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good Upselling and client handling abilities.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
6. Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred).
2. 1-3 years of experience in tele-calling, lead management, or marketing coordination.
3. Experience in real estate or service industry is an added advantage
