Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks will include responding to customer questions via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Support and working with Customer Service Representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with using CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field is preferred
