Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a seamless customer experience. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound communications, assisting with customer needs, supporting coaching operations, and maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Proficiency in managing and improving Customer Experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and build positive relationships
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries promptly
  • Experience in an education-related or service-oriented industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, Communication, or a related field
