Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves responding to customer queries via various communication channels, providing product-related assistance, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The representative will act as a key point of contact, ensuring a professional and positive experience for every customer.
Qualifications
