Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative position located in Bengaluru North. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily customer interactions, promptly resolving inquiries and providing solutions that ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, managing feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive brand image through exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and managing overall Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in creating positive Customer Experiences and ensuring high levels of client engagement
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Proficiency in computer software related to customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer relationship management is an advantage
