Job Title: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Rotational Shifts (including night shifts) and Rotational Week Offs

Experience: Freshers and Experienced (Min 1 year in International Customer Support)

Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate (10+2)

Job Description

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries and issues
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Meet performance targets and metrics

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in International Customer Support (for experienced candidates)
