Minimum 3+ years of working experience with implementation of Workday Adaptive (Workforce) Planning solutions or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Workday Adaptive solution, preferably with relevant Workday certifications/ accreditations, and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday Adaptive from Design to Deploy .
Working knowledge of overall Workday solution and capabilities, with hands-on experience of leveraging Workday HCM and PRISM to establish relevant data models to support Workforce planning integration with 3rd party data sources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, to proactively assess and resolve day-to-day issues, and independently drive initiatives to improve Workday Solution and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team and stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.
