Job Description

Globeia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can manage customer inquiries efficiently across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist clients with background check, authentication, and document verification services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues with accuracy and care
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and streamline service processes

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-service orientation with solid problem-solving abilities
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones
  • Education: Minimum post-secondary education required

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service (virtual, hybrid, or onsite preferred)
  • Familiarity with background checks, verification, or related service industries is an asset
