Globeia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can manage customer inquiries efficiently across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Assist clients with background check, authentication, and document verification services
- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues with accuracy and care
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and streamline service processes
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-service orientation with solid problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy; proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Flexibility to work across different time zones
- Education: Minimum post-secondary education required
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in customer service (virtual, hybrid, or onsite preferred)
- Familiarity with background checks, verification, or related service industries is an asset
