Telecalling Executive

Minimum Exp - 2 Years

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Executive, located in Delhi. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the company's services, answering inquiries, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include making and receiving calls, maintaining a customer database, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients. The role also involves preparing reports, sharing feedback with the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries.
  • Experience in telecalling and managing outbound and inbound calls.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred experience in the telecom or IT industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
