Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients regarding appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates.
  • Provide clear and professional responses to patient inquiries while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
  • Assist patients in rescheduling, canceling, or modifying appointments as needed.
  • Address patient concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.
  • Verify and update patient demographic details, insurance information, and contact information during interactions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all calls, patient interactions, and updates within the system.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
  • Deliver a positive and empathetic experience to patients while maintaining professionalism in all communications.
  • Follow established call handling procedures, communication scripts, and service guidelines.
  • Assess patient needs and provide appropriate guidance on available services and next steps.



Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with call management or CRM systems
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to compliance requirements



Requirements

  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Prior experience in customer service, or healthcare support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 Years of International Voice experience is mandate
  • Night Shifts
  • Two way free transport
  • Work Location : 4A building, Eco Space, Bellandur. Bangalore
