Job Description

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in processing global healthcare insurance claims.
  • Availability: Able to commit to 40 hours per week, with an 8-week induction training based in our CHSI Bengaluru Office.
  • Shifts: Available to work shifts between Monday and Sunday, from 1.30 PM to 3.30 AM local time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English language communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick identification of customer needs and exercising judgment in a professional manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Initiative: Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements.
