Synopsis of the role Versatile customer service representative with proven experience delivering service standards to customer by handling and analyzing complaints
What You'll Do
- Handle customer service calls and emails.
- Analyze and process transactions accurately & on time.
- Document all Dispute completed in a day.
- Make significant contribution towards collecting metrics on processes
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions and concerns swiftly.
- Keep up-grading his/her skills as per the requirement and should be ready to shoulder new/additional responsibilities assigned to them.
- Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment.
- Independently identify troubleshoot customer grievance and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures
- Openness to work flexible hours as required (may include weekends and/or holidays)
What Experience You Need
- Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
- 0 to 2 yrs of work experience of Process Executive
- Excellent communication skills and strong command over the English language.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.
- Excellent Analytical ability, Logical approach towards problem solving
