About the job
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries through calls, emails, or chats, providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and politely.
2. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly.
3. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Resolve complaints and issues while maintaining company service standards.
5. Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
6. Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.
7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
8. Escalate complex issues to the senior team or supervisor when required.
9. Maintain a positive, helpful, and empathetic approach with customers.
Work Schedule:
1. 6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off
2. Rotational shifts/Day shifts (as per process requirements)
