Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an international UK Voice Process involving customer support and upselling. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to grow in the BPO industry with high earning potential through incentives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for UK customers
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Upsell relevant products/services as per customer requirement
  • Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC / Graduate Freshers can apply
  • Candidates with 1 year of experience preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills mandatory

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: 21,000 in-hand

1 Year Experience: 27,000 in-hand

Incentives up to 70,000

5 days working

Shift Details:

UK Shift: 11:00 AM to 4:00 AM (Any 9 hours)
