Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Manage inbound international customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Process & Quality Adherence

  • Follow defined BPO processes and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Shift & Work Schedule

  • 5 days working in rotational shifts
  • 2 rotational weekly offs
