Customer Service Executive (Bengali Process)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure a high level of service satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Bengali and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
• Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution
• Deliver a positive customer experience
• Meet performance and quality targets
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Fluency in Bengali (Mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of English
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
• Strong problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 12th pass
• 1+ year experience in customer service / voice process preferred
