Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound calls for customer queries and support
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure quick closure
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and experience
• Follow up with customers for feedback and issue resolution
• Achieve daily/weekly targets (calls, conversions, quality)
• Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Upsell/cross-sell services where applicable
• Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards
