Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our on-site retail location in Kolkata for a full-time role. The Store Manager will manage daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, drive sales, and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include supervising store staff, managing inventory, implementing retail strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver superior guest experiences and handle customer inquiries effectively
- Exceptional Store Management skills, including staff supervision, inventory control, and meeting sales targets
- Strong Communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with team members and customers
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard company assets
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and promote a positive store environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to store performance metrics
- Relevant experience in retail management or a related field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage
