Responsibilities and Duties :
* Welcome clients and families warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Provide information about schedules, therapies, and therapist availability.
* Maintain proactive and empathetic communication with clients.
* Manage therapist schedules, appointments, and client bookings.
* Track therapist attendance and update records accurately.
* Update internal support software with client and session details.
* Collect and record payments from clients.
* Generate and share consultation reports with families post-session.
* Maintain accurate payment records and share regular updates with management.
* Call clients post-sessions for feedback and suggestions.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships through timely communication.
* Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
* Maintain front office decorum and client-facing documentation.
* Assist the center manager and therapists with day-to-day operational requirements.
Desired Skills & Qualities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and local language preferred).
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in using computer systems, scheduling tools, and basic office software.
* Customer-first mindset with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
* Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
