Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Project & Site Supervisor. The responsibilities include overseeing daily operations at assigned restaurant project sites, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring budgets, and resolving site-related issues. The role involves supervising construction activities across various upcoming sites in India, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Proficiency in Autocad, and MS office is a must.

Main KRA's:

1. Site Execution and Coordination with contractor and consultant.
2. Drawing and design implementation at site.
3. Quality control at site.
4. Quantity survey and billing.
5. Reporting and documentation.
6. Site Survey.
7. Factory visit for furniture inspection.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project supervision, site management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage timelines and budgets
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality compliance, and construction site protocols
• Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and documentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and teams
• Relevant educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to on-site challenges
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality project management is an advantage

Salary Scale:

Rs. 45000 to 60000 per month (depending on experience)
