Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Event Manager at Bel-la Monde Hotels Pvt Ltd. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and other hospitality-driven occasions. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, liaising with clients, working with vendors, creating event budgets, and ensuring all events run smoothly. The role also involves maintaining quality standards, addressing client needs, and ensuring a professional and luxury experience that aligns with the hotel's standards.

- Artist Management
- Budget Management, Scheduling, and Time Management abilities
- Strong Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, and Attention to Detail
- Knowledge of Hospitality Standards and Practices
- Leadership and Team Management capabilities
- Flexibility to work on-site and manage a variety of events
- Proficiency in using Event Management Software or Tools is a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality or event management industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
