Manage end‑to‑end client relationships for residential and commercial real estate projects, acting as the single point of contact from enquiry through post‑sales handover while supporting sales closures and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries, walk‑ins, and follow‑ups; understand requirements and recommend suitable projects
- Handle leads through CRM, calls, emails, and site visits; conduct project presentations and walkthroughs
- Coordinate with sales teams to achieve bookings and revenue targets
- Liaise with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal closures
- Assist clients with documentation, agreements, KYC, and payment schedules in compliance with RERA
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely communication
- Support clients through registration, possession, and handover; resolve queries and escalations
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes
- Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to explain pricing, floor plans, and legal documents clearly
- Proficiency in English and Kannada; working knowledge of Hindi/Tamil/Telugu preferred
