Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, located in Chandigarh, India. The role involves managing and enhancing customer relationships, developing strategies for customer engagement, and driving client satisfaction. The specialist will also be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify business opportunities, collaborating with sales and project management teams, and optimizing CRM systems for effective operations and improved client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and techniques
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and business development strategies
  • Analytical Skills for reviewing data and identifying opportunities
  • Experience in Project Management to coordinate and manage client initiatives
  • Experience with CRMs like Zoho, Hubspot and Salesforce etc.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in CRM or related areas are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
