Role Description

  • Drive end-to-end digital marketing and sales strategies to generate qualified leads and revenue growth
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through inbound and outbound marketing efforts
  • Leverage SEO, performance marketing, and social selling to increase brand visibility and conversions
  • Utilize CRM tools to streamline lead management, tracking, and automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical) strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, PPC)
  • Generate leads via cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and social selling
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking and nurturing
  • Create and publish high-quality content for LinkedIn and other platforms to drive engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign planning and execution
  • Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry events
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Digital Marketing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Proven ability in lead generation, sales conversion, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for business development activities
