Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Chandigarh & Gurgarm. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable medical equipment solutions. This role includes demonstrating product features, preparing sales reports, and actively participating in sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Additionally, the Salesperson will manage inquiries, coordinate with the team, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Product knowledge related to medical equipment, particularly in sleep and respiratory care
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to prepare and interpret sales reports
• Proficiency in using technology and CRM tools for sales tracking and communicationy
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in medical device sales or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Chandigarh Tricity & Gurgarm NCR and flexibility to travel locally
