Job Summary

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer databases, and executing CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement and loyalty in the retail fashion apparel segment. The role focuses on improving repeat purchases, customer retention, and personalized communication through CRM tools and retail store data.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Database Management

  • Maintain and update customer data collected from retail stores and online platforms.
  • Ensure accurate capturing of customer details such as mobile number, email ID, birthday, and purchase history.
  • Monitor and improve customer data quality across all stores.

Customer Engagement & Loyalty

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns including SMS, WhatsApp, email, and loyalty programs.
  • Drive repeat purchases through personalized offers and communication.
  • Support festive and seasonal campaigns to increase customer engagement.

CRM Campaign Execution

  • Segment customers based on buying behavior, location, frequency, and value.
  • Execute promotional campaigns for new collections, discounts, and special events.
  • Coordinate with marketing and store teams for campaign execution.

Retail Store Coordination

  • Work closely with store managers to ensure proper customer data collection.
  • Train store staff on CRM data capture and customer engagement practices.
  • Track store-wise customer acquisition and repeat customer ratio.

Customer Insights & Reporting

  • Analyze customer purchase trends and behavior.
  • Prepare CRM reports including customer acquisition, retention, and campaign performance.
  • Provide insights to marketing and retail teams to improve sales and customer experience.

Key Skills Required

  • CRM tools knowledge (Zoho CRM, Shopify Software, Capillary, or similar)
  • Customer data management and segmentation
  • Retail customer behavior understanding
  • Campaign planning and execution
  • Excel and data analysis
  • Communication and coordination skills

Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing / Business Administration.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM / Customer Engagement preferably in Retail or Fashion Apparel

Salary Range: 15k-22k Monthly
