A fast-growing organisation in the professional services sector (consulting and talent solutions) is hiring an onsite IT Executive to own and optimise the Zoho application ecosystem across Sales, HR, Finance and Support functions in India. This role focuses on platform administration, integrations, workflow automation and user enablement to drive measurable operational efficiencies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Analytics) to meet business requirements and service-level expectations.
- Develop and maintain Deluge scripts, custom modules, workflows and automation to streamline processes across sales, HR and finance.
- Design, build and support integrations using REST APIs, Zoho Flow and middleware for data sync between Zoho and third-party systems.
- Lead data migration, cleansing and governance efforts; create reports, dashboards and scheduled exports for stakeholders.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles and SSO configurations; enforce data security and backup procedures for the Zoho stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide training materials, and troubleshoot production issues promptly.
