Job Title: Sales Service Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Service Engineer who can handle both technical sales and after-sales service. The role involves understanding customer requirements, offering suitable technical solutions, and ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and support of products.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Promote and sell technical products/equipment to customers
Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Service Responsibilities
Provide installation and commissioning of equipment
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites
Handle after-sales support and customer complaints
Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Required Skills
Strong technical knowledge (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
Good communication and sales skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Customer handling and relationship management
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Technical Skills (Depending on Industry)
Understanding of industrial products, machinery, or systems
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Knowledge of maintenance practices and diagnostics
Familiarity with tools and equipment
Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
03 years experience (freshers can apply for junior roles)
