Khimji Dayabhai Co. Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Greeter who understands the art of hospitality, precision, and premium service in a luxury retail environment.

What you are required to do

• Warmly greet customers and guests
• Manage the customer waiting area effectively and courteously
• Share product catalogues and service information during wait time
• Guide customers smoothly to the relevant sales or service counters
• Deliver exceptional customer servicealigned with luxury brand standards
• Maintain electronic customer data for all walkins
• Handle customer queries and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when required
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in coordination with housekeeping
• Ensure a neat, professional, and wellgroomed appearance at all times

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi / Odia / English
• Strong interpersonal communication and peoplehandling skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment
• Calm under pressure
• Basic knowledge of office software and systems
