Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive at Virinchi Peoples Hospital, located in Hyderabad, Banjarahills.

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer support
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Effective communication
  • Driving sales

Experience: 1+ years

Note: Should be experienced in Hospital field calling, willing to do rotational shifts.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales skills
  • Experience in managing customer relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner
  • Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them
  • Inbound and Outbound calls for patient's appointments
