Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Executive role based in Gurugram. The Customer Relationship Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment or HR consulting process. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal consulting and recruitment teams, sharing updates and feedback with clients, and helping resolve any service-related issues promptly. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, tracking service performance, supporting client retention initiatives, and identifying opportunities to deepen business relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted point of contact, supporting both clients and internal stakeholders to achieve successful placement and HR outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering a positive, consistent client experience.
  • Proven ability in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Relevant experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or a client-facing role in a services environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritize multiple client requests, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or client management tools; comfort learning new systems as needed.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
