Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with customers and address their queries.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding orders, feedback, and service-related issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Track customer orders, provide real-time updates, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service coordination.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) for smooth execution of services.
- Generate basic reports related to customer follow-ups and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or telecalling role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
