Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Executive based in Noida. The CRM Executive will be responsible for day-to-day customer relationship management, focusing on customer retention, enhancing customer experience, and supporting sales efforts. The role will also involve analyzing customer data to optimize engagement and develop strategic communication plans to improve customer satisfaction.
