Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRE Associate / Executive to manage client communications, support internal coordination, and ensure the smooth handling of client queries and project updates. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective information flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client communications by responding to queries and providing timely project status updates through official channels
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for invoice-related communications and client follow-ups
- Support email coordination for new client onboarding in collaboration with the Sales Team
- Assist with Odoo entries, including chat ticket creation, tracking, and issue management
- Prepare and consolidate CRE chat response reports for review meetings and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to gather regular updates and ensure accurate communication of project status to clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (experience with Odoo is an added advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and email communication)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
