Skill:
Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods
Strong understanding of quantity surveying and BOQ preparation

Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in interior estimation or quantity surveying
