Role Overview

This role involves proactively identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients through in-person meetings, and contributing to revenue growth within the assigned territory.

The position focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding customer logistics requirements, and effectively presenting the company's service offerings. It requires a high level of initiative, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work extensively in a field based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients across assigned locations
• Generate leads through direct meetings, field visits, and networking
• Present logistics solutions and company services to clients in person
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Explore business opportunities in local markets and industrial areas
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Participate in local business events and networking opportunities
• Provide regular updates on market trends and customer feedback

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in face-to-face interactions and presentations
• Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role
• Basic understanding of sales and customer engagement
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of MS Office 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• MBA (Logistics / Marketing) is an added advantage
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
• Must be willing to work in a field-based role
