Customer Communication
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
- Handle customer queries received through calls, emails, chats, and social media.
- Respond promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Order And Complaint Handling
- Assist customers with order status, returns, replacements, and delivery issues.
- Raise complaint tickets for damaged, delayed, or missing orders.
- Follow up with courier or marketplace teams until issue resolution.
Marketplace Support
- Manage customer messages and feedback on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
- Maintain positive ratings by ensuring timely and polite responses.
Record Keeping
- Maintain daily records of customer interactions and resolved complaints.
- Share summary reports with management regularly.
Coordination
- Coordinate with dispatch, inventory, and sales teams for order updates or issue resolutions.
- Escalate major issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects a positive brand image.
- Work proactively to reduce repeat complaints.
Requirements
- Excellent communication (Hindi and English).
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
- Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc. ) preferred.
- Problem-solving attitude and patience while dealing with customers.
