Job Description

Customer Communication

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

  • Handle customer queries received through calls, emails, chats, and social media.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Order And Complaint Handling

  • Assist customers with order status, returns, replacements, and delivery issues.
  • Raise complaint tickets for damaged, delayed, or missing orders.
  • Follow up with courier or marketplace teams until issue resolution.

Marketplace Support

  • Manage customer messages and feedback on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
  • Maintain positive ratings by ensuring timely and polite responses.

Record Keeping

  • Maintain daily records of customer interactions and resolved complaints.
  • Share summary reports with management regularly.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with dispatch, inventory, and sales teams for order updates or issue resolutions.
  • Escalate major issues to the concerned department when necessary.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects a positive brand image.
  • Work proactively to reduce repeat complaints.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication (Hindi and English).
  • Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
  • Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc. ) preferred.
  • Problem-solving attitude and patience while dealing with customers.
