Role Description

The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent service. The role involves managing customer complaints, assisting with product inquiries, and maintaining strong communication to enhance the customer experience. Collaborating with the sales team to support customer goals is also a key aspect of this position.

KeyResponsibilities
  • Requirement of Customer care executive
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers
  • Basic knowledge of Sales to provide support and promote products and services
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a customer-centric approach
  • Prior experience in a customer care or related role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • experience must be 2- 4 years
  • On-Site Mode, Monday to Saturday (6 days)
  • Salary 30 to 35 k depends on interview
