Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive (Sales) located in Gurugram. The Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer support, Revenue generation through calling, Converting Leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer service inquiries, maintaining effective communication with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves direct interaction with customers to understand and resolve their needs and to promote sales of KSKT AgroMart products.
