KSKT AgroMart (Kisaan Se Kitchen Tak) is a technology and supply chain venture focused on providing customers with naturally grown and processed agro products that are free from harmful chemicals and fresh, direct-from-farm quality food products at fair prices. Simultaneously, KSKT AgroMart ensures that farmers are rewarded with better prices for their hard work in adopting natural farming practices in accordance with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive (Sales) located in Gurugram. The Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer support, Revenue generation through calling, Converting Leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer service inquiries, maintaining effective communication with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves direct interaction with customers to understand and resolve their needs and to promote sales of KSKT AgroMart products.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven Sales skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site
  • Relevant experience in customer care or sales roles is beneficial
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of agro products and natural farming practices is an advantage

Package

In between 15k- 35K and incentives based on targets achieved Monthly as per industry standards and work experience & Knowledge
