Job Title: CRM & Retention executive
Role Summary
Own retention and repeat purchase. You will design, execute, and optimise CRM journeys on WebEngage to drive upsell, cross-sell, and LTV.
Key Responsibilities
● Own CRM execution on WebEngage: email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app
● Build automated journeys: onboarding, repeat, churn win-back, upsell, cross-sell
● Segment users by behaviour, cohort, AOV, and lifecycle stage
● Run campaign calendars tied to launches, offers, and replenishment cycles
● Track and improve repeat rate, LTV, and revenue contribution from CRM
● Work closely with growth, product, and content teams on messaging and timing Must-Have Experience (Deal Breakers)
● Hands-on WebEngage experience (non-negotiable)
● Proven experience running lifecycle and retention campaigns
● Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, and behavioural triggers
● Data comfort: open rates, CTRs, conversion, repeat %, and revenue attribution
● Must have worked for a D2C brand (1-2 yrs of experience)
Location: DN Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai (on site) CTC: Rs35,000 - Rs50,000 p.m
