About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and data-driven Product Analyst to support the growth and performance of our DTC brand websites & other digital transformation projects. The role involves enhancing user experience, managing website features and backlogs, collaborating across teams, gathering requirements from business teams & getting it executed via technical vendors, and generating insights that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills, basic technical understanding, and strong cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Website Enhancements & Updates
- Support planning and execution of website feature updates and improvements.
- Align content and UX updates with Marketing and Brand requirements.
Backlog & User Stories
- Create and prioritize user stories for website features and IT operations on Asana.
- Support sprint planning and product delivery with the Product Manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with development, design, marketing, and IT teams to execute website and IT projects.
- Coordinate with IT for uptime monitoring, security, and performance.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Track and analyze website metrics (traffic, funnels, conversions).
- Assist with A/B tests and recommend improvements based on insights.
IT Operations Support
- Monitor hosting, server health, and security updates.
- Troubleshoot minor IT issues affecting website performance.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct functional and UAT testing for new features and enhancements.
- Log and track bugs to ensure high-quality releases.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain updated product documentation, specifications, and release notes.
- Share regular reports on KPIs and project progress with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in product analysis, ecommerce, or digital roles
- Experience in DTC/ecommerce and an MBA are strong pluses
