RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end‑to‑end delivery for the OCD build and evolution scope
- Manage delivery planning, capacity, milestones, and dependencies
- Ensure commitments on timelines, quality, and delivery objectives are met
- Lead and manage offshore teams including backend developers and platform engineers
- Drive productivity, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to agreed development and delivery standards
- Act as the single point of contact for European IT and CRM stakeholders
- Facilitate regular progress reviews, reporting, and risk management
- Align delivery priorities with overall program and business objectives
- Coordinate with teams working on:
oSalesforce Marketing Cloud
oAdobe Campaign
oGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Manage inter‑team dependencies within the wider CRM ecosystem
- Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and enterprise standards
- Enforce non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability)
- Proactively manage risks and delivery issues
- Continuously optimize delivery costs and team efficiency
- Track and improve productivity and delivery KPIs
- Support scalable delivery models aligned with platform evolution
PROFILE
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in offshore IT delivery management
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‑team delivery programs
- Comfortable operating in multi‑stakeholder and multi‑vendor setups
- Good understanding and hands on experience with Azure‑based architectures
- Experience with NoSQL platforms (e.g. MongoDB or similar)
- Experience with large‑scale CRM, data, or digital platforms
- Ability to work effectively with European stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Confident interacting with senior IT and program leadership
