Job Description

The Senior Global Technical Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with the company's global business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, strong technical leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Salesforce architecture and design and will be able to drive innovation while ensuring system reliability and performance.

In addition to technical leadership, the architect will bring significant industry knowledge as well as solution options, communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, and facilitate workshops to educate on Salesforce capabilities. They will also troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, collaborate with development teams and Salesforce support, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Regular reporting on project status and performance will also be part of their responsibilities.

  • Lead and oversee technical architecture and design sessions; develop comprehensive technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Assess current Salesforce implementations, architecture, and processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, data migration strategies, and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client engagements; provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization exercises to maintain high standards of code quality and scalability.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members; foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Salesforce practice.

What we are looking for:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering / Master's Degree in Computer Applications.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred. Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect) are advantageous.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with at least 7 years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions on a global scale with multi-cloud instances
  • Knowledge of Healthcare processes, regulations and trends

Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Integration Knowledge: Strong experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using middleware, APIs, and web services.
  • Data Modelling: Experience with database/object-oriented design, ETL processes, DevSecOps: Strong knowledge in SF Environments, Branching Strategy, Disaster Recovery & Security Audit.
