Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud SME to support marketing automation, campaign management, and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Marketing Cloud modules
- Support campaign execution and automation journeys
- Manage email marketing and customer segmentation
- Support integrations with Salesforce CRM
- Improve marketing reporting and analytics
Required Experience
- Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio
- Understanding of marketing automation platforms
- Experience with customer data segmentation
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
- Experience with CDP or data integration
- Experience with campaign analytics
