As part of our Engineering team, you'll play a key role in ensuring that these deeply meaningful experiences are reliable, performant, and delightful for millions of users every day.

Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Manager to lead lifecycle strategy and execution across our user base.

This role requires a leader who can combine data-driven lifecycle strategy with strong execution across CRM channels to drive engagement, repeat transactions, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of CRM/lifecycle experience in B2C or D2C consumer businesses, with hands-on ownership of multi-channel campaigns, segmentation, and revenue-focused lifecycle programs.

What You Will Do

Drive Lifecycle Strategy & Execution

  • Own lifecycle journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Build and execute data-driven CRM strategies to improve repeat usage and revenue
  • Translate business goals into scalable lifecycle programs

Personalisation & User Insights

  • Segment users based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement patterns
  • Develop targeted communication strategies to improve user engagement and retention
  • Align campaigns with major festivals, devotional moments, and user intent signals

Omnichannel CRM Management

  • Lead execution across Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and In-App channels
  • Design channel mix and messaging strategy to maximize engagement
  • Manage frequency, deliverability, and campaign performance

Revenue & Growth Ownership

  • Drive repeat transaction growth and subscription engagement
  • Design lifecycle programs that improve conversion, retention, and LTV
  • Track and optimize campaign ROI, revenue contribution, and engagement metrics

Data & Experimentation

  • Use cohort analysis, segmentation, and behavioral insights to guide targeting
  • Run A/B tests across messaging, channels, and timing
  • Monitor performance through CRM dashboards and analytics tools

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain CRM campaign hygiene, QA processes, and execution SOPs
  • Ensure high execution velocity during festival spikes and high traffic periods
  • Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle / Growth roles
  • Strong background in B2C or D2C consumer businesses in India
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or Braze
  • Experience managing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior across Indian markets
  • Comfortable working with data, segmentation, cohorts, and campaign performance metrics
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline
