Overview: Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring accurate CRM data to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services.
- Support sales and marketing efforts; make clients aware of our services and participate in the sales process.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless client service.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and keep the CRM up to date.
- Work proactively to enhance client satisfaction and improve retention.
