Client Relationship Manager (CRM Executive)

Overview: Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring accurate CRM data to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Location / Workplace City: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts; make clients aware of our services and participate in the sales process.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless client service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and keep the CRM up to date.
  • Work proactively to enhance client satisfaction and improve retention.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
