Role Overview
As the Creative Manager, you are the operational engine of our digital brand presence. You will bridge the gap between our Media Lead and external agencies, ensuring our creative output is high-performing, brand-aligned, and delivered with precision. Your mission is to facilitate a seamless daily workflow for paid performance assets while maintaining the long-term health and growth of our owned channels, specifically YouTube and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Agency Orchestration: Act as the primary pulse and point of contact for external creative and production agencies. You will translate media requirements into actionable briefs and manage the daily feedback loop to ensure output meets our premium standards.
- Media & Performance Sync: Work daily with the performance team to review creative metrics (CTR, Hook Rates, ROI). You will pivot creative direction based on real-time performance data to ensure every asset is a revenue driver.
- Owned Media Management (YouTube & Instagram): Oversee the creative strategy and execution for our YouTube channel (Long-form and Shorts). You will manage video thumbnails, SEO-optimized descriptions, and overall channel aesthetics to ensure our organic presence supports our broader brand story and digital ecosystem.
- Workflow & Production Management: Own the end-to-end production calendar for both internal requests and agency deliverables. You are responsible for the daily movement of assets from concept to final delivery, ensuring no bottlenecks in our go-to-market execution.
- Stakeholder Synthesis: Consolidate feedback from internal leadership and the media team into clear, concise directions for agencies to prevent version fatigue and project delays.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in creative management, or a senior account management role within an agency or D2C brand.
- Master Coordinator: Proven experience managing external partners and production houses, with a focus on hitting tight daily deadlines.
- Performance Mind-set: You understand that creative is a lever for revenue and are comfortable making data-backed creative decisions.
- YouTube Literacy: Familiarity with YouTube's creative requirements, from thumbnail psychology to hook-based video structures.
