Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Strategy
- Conduct pre-sales research on the social media landscape for prospective clients.
- Understand client goals and objectives to create customized SMM strategies.
- Develop core content calendars for brands across various verticals.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Run click, branding, and lead generation campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Connect with influencers for brand-building initiatives.
- Execute campaigns and monitor performance for ongoing lead generation and revenue growth.
Client Engagement & Representation
- Serve as a client-facing SMM expert, preparing presentations (PPTs) and providing updates.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
Content & Communication
- Write strategic copy and creative content tailored for multiple audiences.
- Maintain awareness of emerging social media technologies, tools, and applications.
